Cool, relaxing vibe, service was great, food came quickly and tasted terrific. The Springs rolls and crab Rangoon were nice starters, great flavors. Pad Thai noodles with the beef, chicken, and shrimp was excellent, just the right spiciness. The pineapple chicken was packed full of pineapple and great flavors. Portion sizes were good. The background music was even pleasant and not too loud like many establishments. Great choice while we were back in town!

I recently had a delightful dining experience at Encore Asian Bistro, conveniently situated on Massachusetts street. The restaurant's location might require street meter parking, but once you step inside, you'll find yourself in a clean, contemporary, and minimalistic ambiance that sets the stage for a pleasant meal. One of the highlights of Encore Asian Bistro is its peaceful atmosphere, courtesy of the high ceilings that keep the noise level comfortably low. The attentive and speedy service further adds to the overall positive experience. The menu at restaurant boasts a selection of Asian dishes, with a particular emphasis on Chinese food influences. While we thoroughly enjoyed the various sauces served with the dishes, we did find the overall taste a tad bland. However, the presentation of the food was simple yet elegant. One aspect that definitely won us over was the generous portion sizes. You'll leave the restaurant feeling fully satisfied and perhaps with some leftovers to enjoy later. On the beverage front, the drinks were on the sweeter side with lower alcohol content, which could be perfect for those looking for milder options. Moreover, the prices at Encore Asian Bistro are surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the ample amount of food served. It's a great bang for your buck, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious diners.

My partner and I have both only been to LK a couple times within the last decade, came here because good reviews. And we not disappointed! Funny enough we both realized the second we pulled up that we'd BOTH been here once before, and separately at that haha. Delicious food (VEGAN friendly) Nice environment to enjoy a meal and chat or quick service when you're on a time crunch (like we were before a concert!) Mao pelao tofu and Vegetarian General Sao Chick'n and Blueberry Mule yum!!!

The best in the state. Bo-lings used to be our favorite until we found here!! They never miss. Vegan is indistinguishable from the other. Best ever!!! Again

I’ve been wanting to go here due to how beautiful the window looked with its plants and statues. The interior design is stunning and our food didn’t take long at all. The presentation and taste of the passion fruit green tea as well as the general TAO’s chicken with fried rice was great! Our server was sweet and I even got an adorable, reusable, to go cup for my drink. Will one of my favorite Asian restaurants in Lawrence so far. Definitely plan to go again and hopefully try the option of adding popping pearls in my tea! Big portions.

I ordered to go. I am pescatarian and ordered the Vegetarian General Tso’s chicken. It was so delicious and I had been craving something like this for a long time and Encore perfected it. After the first bite I was so happy! I will definitely be ordering here again.
